Coach Nic is a former high-level athlete in sprints, football, ice hockey and American football. For almost 15 years, he has helped people in Canada and the UAE reach their fitness and health goals, but his specialty is training high level athletes improve their performance.
With a degree in Kinesiology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, Coach Nic is able to apply the science and his extensive experience to the training programs to help his clients reach their goals in the safest and most effective manners.
Coach Nic understands that nutrition is a priority to get results, and he believes that supplements can also play a very important role. He always stresses that a healthy lifestyle including proper sleep, eating and exercise is the way to go, but good supplementation in the necessary vitamins and minerals can definitely make a great impact too.
